Royal Palace - Doric Hall
From December 20th 2007 to March 2nd 2008
The exhibition shows reproductions of the machines designed from Leonardo: civil machines, water machines, flying machines, and military machines. The scale models are made by the materials of that epoch (wood, cotton, brass, iron, string) and every single piece is equipped with the reproduction of the page of the code from whome the model has been extracted. The making of the machines, wholly craftmade, uses the computers to calculate exactly the proportions of the models and their mechanisms.
