Cancellation policy


Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, payment will be done at departure in hotel.
The Hotel reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior arrival.

Cancellations can be made within 48 hours from the date of arrival. For cancellations received after this time and no-show, the hotel will charge the first night fee for each room booked.

The Pre-Paid reservations are not refundable. At the time of confirmation will be charged the entire stay on your credit card. Once the reservation is made, the amount is not refundable.
